The Azahar Emulator, spearheaded by developer PabloMK7, has just achieved a significant milestone: access to the Nintendo eShop is now possible through the emulator! This marks a huge leap forward in recreating the full 3DS experience on modern systems.

With this update, users can now:

However, there’s a catch: while you can download old purchases, making new purchases isn’t possible. Nintendo officially disabled new transactions for the 3DS eShop in March 2023, so that’s a limitation the emulator can’t overcome.

What You’ll Need to Access the eShop

Here’s the technical bit:

• You no longer need the CTCert.bin file.
• You’ll need a copy of the OTP file from your original 3DS console.
• The movable.sed file is also required to ensure smooth system transfers and preserve the donor console’s integrity.

These changes streamline the process, making it easier for users to experience the full potential of the emulator while staying true to its preservation-focused philosophy.
